James Thompson

      In prison for a party to a crime of 1st degree intentional homicide; hiding the corpse and criminal enhancement; use of a dangerous weapon. He was sentence to life without the possibility of parole. He was diagnosed as bipolar while in jail and give psychotropic meds which he was on at trial. This was not mentioned at trial and he did not receive a competency hearing.  His co-defendent was given a less charge of 3nd degree intentional homicide.

Roberto Hinojoso-ordered to be deported upon release- One of many- why are we still holding them

Roberto is one of the hundreds of prisoners ordered to be deported on completion of sentence by the judge. He  is long post parole date so why are they still holding him? He should be back home in Mexico.
